Do I need to be 21?
Yes. Everyone on casino trips must be 21+ and bring a valid photo ID.
Where do we meet?
Marc’s parking lot, 360 E Waterloo Rd, Akron. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. The bus leaves on time.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your booking confirmation, a jacket for the outdoor light tour, and spending money.
How do I get the casino rewards?
Sign up for an Ember Rewards card at Wheeling Island and earn 50 points at any slot machine. 2,500 points are then loaded onto your card, worth up to $25 in free play or food. The points don’t expire.
When do I pay?
Full payment is due at booking to reserve your seat.
Can I get a refund if I can’t go?
If you cancel at least 30 days before departure, you’ll get a refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a friend.
What if the trip is cancelled?
If Front Row Getaway cancels a trip, you’ll get a full refund.
